Summary Description of Position:
Display strong leadership capacities to agency staff and volunteers as well as the ability to manage time with little to no supervision. Serve clients who are victims of family violence, sexual assault, elder abuse and child sexual abuse. Identify, recommend and coordinate collaboration opportunities to reach victims and victim service providers in efforts to build relationships to better serve victims of domestic violence and/ sexual assault. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation and establish a plan to facilitate healing and recovery; provide family, individual, and group counseling; monitor counseling outcomes. Identify, recommend and coordinate collaboration opportunities to reach victims and victim service providers; build relationships with law enforcement, DA, judges, schools and other services providers; and reach victims, supporters and the community-at-large.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The Housing Director provides leadership and oversight of all housing programs funded through HUD, including the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC), with a specific focus on serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. This position ensures survivors have access to safe, stable, and trauma-informed housing options that promote healing and long-term stability. The Housing Director is responsible for program compliance, staff supervision, community partnerships, fiscal management, and alignment with best practices in survivor-centered housing models.

Position Overview: The Outreach, Education, and Prevention Coordinator B is responsible for implementing strategies and activities to end sexual assault, sexual violence, and family violence. Coordinate efforts to engage the community in primary prevention efforts to meet agency goals and objectives.
