Description:  The part-time position has a wide range of administrative duties of a moderately responsible and complex nature in support of the organization and CEO.  The coordinator processes and maintains financial and accounting records related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing with accuracy. The coordinator assists with month-end and year-end procedures, as well as managing maintenance and repairs of the building.  The coordinator is an active team member who contributes to the successes of each department and the organization’s ability to meet its mission.

Description:  
Childcare Provider B is responsible for providing top-quality care and education for children residing in the shelter program during the assigned shift ensuring wellness within the shelter facility.   
HOURS: 40 hours or as necessary to achieve program objectives, tasks, activities, and responsibilities and to effectively document outcome measures and variations.  
Typical Work Schedule:  Monday - Thursday 10:30 am/7:30 pm; Friday 9 am/6 pm; 1-hour lunch
Tuesday (3rd) & Friday (2nd) Mandatory Staff Meetings every month; Quarterly Staff Meetings

Oversee food preparation and kitchen clean up to include supervising the clients during their chore times.  Ensure completion of daily menu planning, food purchasing, food preparation, proper food storage, and other general duties as assigned.  Ensure the food program operates in compliance with state health regulations and grant requirements.

Oversee shelter operations including service delivery to residents during assigned shift.  Perform related tasks as assigned by Shelter Manager. 

Typical Work Schedule:

HOURS: 40 hours weekly:  Sunday - Tuesday: Off, Wednesday: 3:30pm/1:30am, Thursday - Friday: 12p/10p, Saturday:  2:30p/12:30a

Tuesday (4th) & Friday (1st) Mandatory Staff Meetings every month; Quarterly Staff Meetings

Standard Schedule however may be flexible as necessary to achieve program objectives, tasks, activities, responsibilities and to effectively document outcome measures and variances.

Position Overview:

To ensure the successful completion of program objectives, tasks, activities, and responsibilities, a minimum of 40-45 hours per week is required. It is essential to document outcome measures and variances thoroughly. 

The work schedule encompasses Monday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday, 11 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday/Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM.
