WHAT IS A WORKPLACE CAMPAIGN?
Turn Employee Engagement into Community Impact
A workplace campaign is a coordinated effort within a company or organization to engage employees in supporting a charitable cause, such as United Way. These campaigns typically involve raising funds through employee donations, either through one-time contributions or payroll deductions. Workplace campaigns often include various activities and events to generate excitement and participation, such as kickoff events, team challenges, volunteer opportunities, and educational sessions about the work of United Way in the community.

YOUR COMPANY COULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPAIGN AWARDS
2023-2024 Annual Campaign Total: $1,995,519
This year, despite facing numerous challenges, we successfully raised $1,995,519! This incredible achievement is a testament to the dedication and generosity of our community. As a community impact organization, we rely heavily on volunteers to ensure that every dollar donated is invested wisely. These volunteers work tirelessly to support programs that address community-wide issues, managing how funds are allocated across our four focus areas: education, health, financial stability, and basic needs. This year, nearly one quarter of our donors specifically chose to support one or more of these focus areas, reflecting a strong trust in our volunteers' efforts and their commitment to community impact.
