United Way of Greater Baytown Area & Chambers County is committed to building a stronger, more equitable community where every person has the opportunity to thrive. Through our FY27 Capacity Building Microgrants, United Way invests in organizations serving our 11-ZIP code service area in the focus areas of Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resilience.
Capacity Building Microgrants are small, one-time grants designed to help 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations strengthen their agency capacity, program capacity, or equity-building efforts outside of United Way’s traditional Community Impact Grant process. These grants are intended to address immediate needs that will have a clear, lasting impact on the agency’s effectiveness and the community it serves.
