This is your central space to learn about United Way of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County's Annual Campaign. Each year, our Annual Campaign brings people together to tackle our community’s most pressing needs. A big part of that effort happens through workplace campaigns which are coordinated initiatives within companies and organizations to engage employees in supporting United Way.

Use this page to explore the process step-by-step, and access the resources you will need to start strong and lead successfully. Our team is here to support you every step of the way!

WHAT IS A UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN?

Workplace campaigns make it easy and impactful to give. Employees can contribute through one-time gifts or convenient payroll deductions, and campaigns often feature fun and meaningful activities like kickoff events, team challenges, volunteer projects, and educational sessions that highlight the difference United Way is making locally.

Beyond the workplace, our Annual Campaign also includes special events, from golf tournaments and raffles to community-wide volunteer days, that raise funds, build awareness, and strengthen connections.

This year's campaign theme, United is the Way, represents our vision for a new chapter for the Baytown Area and Chambers County. When you choose to be part of United Way, you are helping pave a path for families, businesses, and neighborhoods alike. Every contribution and every partnership is a step toward lasting solutions that will carry our community forward. This campaign signals that impact is not only about what we can accomplish today, but it is truly about shaping a tomorrow where opportunity, stability, and hope are possible for all of us. United is the Way!

We also launched our refreshed brand and we are bringing fresh energy to this year’s campaign. With a new logo, updated visuals, and streamlined tools, your workplace can continue making a strong impact in the community.

Access to Campaign Materials Has Changed

To ensure consistent and accurate use of our updated brand materials, we ask all partners to complete our Brand Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) before accessing the latest United Way logo, brand guide, and campaign files. Once you submit the form, you will be directed to a link where you can download these resources. If, for any reason, the link does not work after submission, please contact us at campaign@unitedwaygbacc.org. We can provide the files directly.

Employee Campaign Coordinator Training on September 8th!

We are planning a dedicated Employee Campaign Coordinator Training and Kickoff for September 8th from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Rundell Hall at Lee College. Here you will get to see our brand new “Making it Count Experience” designed with campaign and corporations in-mind. We will also be providing a stop all campaign supplies shop so you can grab everything you will need to kickoff and run a successful campaign. Get briefed on our refreshed brand, mission, focus areas, and general approach to our workplace campaign.

Our ePledge platform makes it easy to give while keeping your information safe. All data is collected through a secure system with limited user access, ensuring your privacy every step of the way.

Need campaign materials right away?

We keep a variety of items in stock at our office, ready for you to use in your workplace or community events. From brochures to pledge forms and giveaways, these materials are an easy way to promote your campaign and share our message. Please check out our online inventory or reach out to our team at campaign@unitedwaygbacc.org

A member of our team will follow-up with you after you submit the form. All orders will be filled as long as the items are available.

GET INVOLVED FROM THE GROUND UP

Starting a campaign is easy and we will support you every step of the way. When you partner with us, you gain access to payroll giving options, opportunities for your team to volunteer, and tailored branded materials for the current campaign cycle. Our campaign team will work directly with you to provide everything you need.
