Various Day of Action Volunteers

Act Today to Strengthen Tomorrow

United Way of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County hosted a highly successful Day of Action 2021 in mid-Chambers County!Group of Volunteers

  • 159 local families (499 individuals) were impacted
  • 9,500 lbs of food was distributed
  • A hot meal was provided to every individual who came through the distribution line by Helping Hands of Mercy Gate Church.

Every gift, no matter how large or small, enables United Way of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County to support community health through our funded partners, programs, and initiatives like Day of Action.  Make your gift today to make a difference and change lives!

Thank you to the 91 volunteers and many community partners who worked together to make this happen: Hearts and Hands of Baytown, Senior Citizens Project of Chambers County, Love Network, Marcelous-Williams Resource Center, Wallisville VFD, and Chambers County. Photos of the many participants can be found on our Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram.
Because of you, our community is a better place to LIVE UNITED.
