This year's annual campaign is led by Terry Sain. Terry retired from LCY Elastomers. He served as the Baytown City Council District 4 representative for 9 years and is currently serving on Baytown Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and as president of both the Baytown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 and the Baytown Redevelopment Authority. He is also on the Baytown Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
He and his wife, Judy, reside in Baytown where she works as a 4th grade teacher at Bowie Elementary School. They have two children and five grandchildren.
