An emergency social services and community health education organization providing disaster relief, assistance to military families and veterans, transportation services and health & safety classes.

Brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Builds simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with families in need.

Assists homeless persons and families in attaining self-sufficiency, permanent housing and return to independent living as contributing members of the community.

Bay Area Rehabilitation Center** 281-838-4477
Outpatient therapy and vocational services provided for those adults and children in need of medical rehabilitation services and job assistance in an accessible environment.

Opportunity Center 281-427-0545
The Opportunity Center program provides site-based services - day habilitation, vocational training, placement, High School transition services, and home and community based services - to individuals with disabilites. The center's career development team also provides community job placement, training and supported employment. Services enhance independent living, socialization and work skills. Administered by Bay Area Rehabilitation Center.

CHAMBERS COUNTY: Services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, including partner violence, rape, sexual abuse, child abuse, incest and elder abuse.  Services include help navigating the criminal justice system, accessing criminal justice remedies, individual counseling, support group and shelter.  Services are confidential and free of charge.

Emergency financial assistance: food, rent and utilities to families by means of purchase orders. Referrals to other agencies for other needs.

New clothing vouchers for students of Goose Creek & Barbers Hill schools. The student's family must meet income guidelines. Administered by Baytown Resource & Assistance Center. Operated on a volunteer basis by counselors of Goose Creek & Barbers Hill schools.
