 A memorial service for Fritz Lanham, former United Way Executive Director, is set for Saturday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Bayou Grace United Methodist Church, 2714 Ferry Road in Baytown.  Lanham worked as Baytown City Manager from 1963-1989, except for a stint from 1969-1972 in Austin working in the administration of Gov.
