Rooted in her deep belief in community and common good, Kaci has a longstanding nonprofit career dedicated to creating space for people to become a better version of themselves. Kaci is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals, community leaders, and organizations to grow capacity for improved community service. 

Kaci is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, with a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Chowan University. She joined UWGBACC in 2020, bringing her experience with nonprofits, City Year Tulsa, and Reading Partners in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kaci is also a dedicated member of her church, Faith Family Church, where she serves as a worship leader.

In her leadership role with United Way, Kaci is responsible for all things related to community engagement. This includes marketing, communications, branding, Community Impact funding process, upholding goals related to our mission, programs and volunteer engagement. She is a skilled facilitator who is instrumental in coordinating the community’s interests with the Board of Directors’ priorities. In 2024, she is leading the program launch for Elevating ALICE, a program that focuses on helping the ALICE population find financial stability.
