Starting out in 1946 after World War II as a local community chest, United Way of Greater Baytown and Chambers County (GBACC) has come a long way. With six full time employees and numerous volunteers, we have made strides to directly impact the community. However, our efforts don’t stop at just what we can do. Part of our community oriented initiatives is to mobilize community members to even further our mission of education, financial stability and health.
