Designation Policy

Designated pledges will be accepted, but only for United Way partner agencies or programs as listed on the campaign pledge form, or for other United Ways.

Designations to partner agencies or programs are counted toward a volunteer-determined allocation and increase an agency's funding only when total designations exceed the allocation.

Afterschool tutoring-collaboration between Anahuac Middle School, Chambers County Library, volunteer tutors, Chambers County Sheriff's Office
ESL instruction for East Chambers Pre-K parents-funding of stipends for teacher and child care persons at chambers Elementary School.
Meals on Wheels-support for services provided by Senior Citizens Project of Chambers County
Post-secondary education- assistance for qualifying students (both high school and from the community) taking Lee College Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) at Anahuac High School.
