You must agree to the entire Volunteer Release and Waiver Liability in order to proceed. This serves as your agreement. You may also be required to complete/sign a physical waiver.
As a volunteer, you are required to work safely and within your abilities. At times, a lead volunteer may ask a volunteer to change to a project that is better suited to their skills or if that volunteer is not wearing the correct protective clothing. It is highly recommended you consider the following: Wear appropriate safety clothing and footwear for the assigned project. Bring water and snacks; provide your own lunch unless the project team lead tells you it will be provided. If the project is outdoors, wear sunscreen and a hat. Notify the project lead of any allergies or medical concerns. Complete the volunteer waiver and provide to United Way and/or the project lead. You will not be able to participate without this document. Please select yes if you understand and will adhere to these recommendations.
